Straight answers
How is overage handled?
Any overage hours get billed the next month at your retainer rate — the same hourly rate, no premium. Capacity beyond your block is not guaranteed, so we report hours and any overage regularly, and only go over with your approval. No surprise bills.
Do unused hours roll over?
No, retainer hours reset each month. We make our best effort to use them in full based on your needs and priorities.
Cancellation terms?
We ask for 30 days notice. The terms are stated plainly, and there is no lock-in.
Is there an onboarding fee?
A site audit is $899. If you contract us, we credit it against your first month or project.
