Omnishopper insights are about to get real. A partnership between Nielsen and The NPD Group is set to build a large-scale omnishopper consumer panel that pairs Nielsen’s fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) consumer measurements with The NPD Group’s general merchandise consumer measurements. The partnership, announced in late February, will provide retailers with additional insight into shoppers across all channels, as well as products across all categories.
The omnishopper panel will connect to multiple consumer data

Updated Monday, February 25th
Authorize.Net recently announced plans to phase out MD5 based hashes used for transaction response verification. Phase 1 of that plan is now complete, and as such merchants are no longer able to configure or update their MD5 Hash settings in the Merchant Interface. Phase 2 will be complete March 14th, and at that time Authorize.Net will stop populating the MD5 Hash Value altogether. This will have severe impacts on merchants who use Authorize.Net Direct Post method in Magento, as they will no longer be able to process payments.
ParadoxLabs Authorize.Net CIM extensions for Magento 1 and Magento 2 are reliable alternatives to Direct Post and are not impacted by the recently announced MD5 Hash changes.
What is Authorize.Net Direct Post?
Authorize.Net Direct Post is a payment processing method that is built in to Magento 1 and Magento 2 and requires no payment extension to set up.

To use the Direct Post Method in Magento,

In the vast forest of ecommerce, website security is important to every aspect of a company's operations. One of the most iconic symbols of trust between a store and its clients is HTTPS. The once fabled “green lock” now sets the basis of whether or not a customer trusts a store to handle their confidential information. In recent years Let’s Encrypt has completely changed the SSL landscape, with free and legitimate security certificates (SSL). Understanding the current state of SSL could save you time and money.
HTTPS is the modern standard for websites and is a requirement to be PCI compliant (something every ecommerce store should prioritize). For a site to use SSL, an encrypted connection, the website must purchase an SSL certificate which allows the use of the HTTPS protocol. Given this, most sites have bought and setup various types of certificates on their websites from certificate authorities such as DigiCert, GoDaddy, or GeoTrust, to name a few. These can range in price from a
